Individuals can easily set up their own time off requests without requiring their employer's involvement.

For businesses, a Time Off Cloud business account is required for employees to use the service. To set up an account, visit https://portal.timeoffcloud.net/signup.

The "No Time Sheet" Calculations Engine simplifies the process of logging hours worked, start dates, allotted time per year, and accrual periods. The calculations are clearly displayed, providing a real-time overview of available time off.

The Advanced Accruals feature allows users to customize their settings, including rollover policies and more. (requires newsletter signup)

Email requests for time off can be sent directly to supervisors, with copies sent to the employee. Both personal and business accounts support web approval. (requires push notifications)

Each approved time off request includes a calendar invite for easy scheduling and planning.

Users can export visually appealing reports in formats such as Excel or PDF. These reports can be emailed as attachments or embedded directly into email messages as HTML or plain text.

Multiple jobs can be tracked for individuals or their spouses.

Time can be recorded in either hours or days, based on user preference.

The auto-renew feature creates a new fiscal year once the current one ends. Time Off automatically calculates unused time or borrowed time against the next fiscal year. The rollover policy can be customized using advanced accruals.

There are 12 customizable leave categories, including vacation, personal, sick leave, and more. Users can assign unique names and colors to each category.

The Birds-Eye-View feature provides a comprehensive overview of the entire year on a single screen. Each category is summarized, displaying the amount of available time, time used, and time remaining.

Time Off automatically groups time off requests according to their status, such as Pending, Currently Using, Reserved, and Denied.
